Terms of Service
Draft date: 26 October 2026 · Intended operator: Australian business
1. Who operates the service
The proposed operator is [REGISTERED BUSINESS OR COMPANY NAME], ABN [ABN], at [BUSINESS ADDRESS], contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] (the “Operator”). “Workspace One” is a temporary product name until branding is finalised.
2. What the service provides
The service may include lead research, customer relationship management (CRM), website draft generation, business analytics, AI assistance, social content preparation and integrations. Features shown as previews, “pending”, or “not connected” are not available as live services. The Operator will not claim features or service levels that have not been activated.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
Users must supply accurate account information, protect their access to verified email accounts, and grant workspace access only to authorised people. The account owner is responsible for users they invite, subject to applicable law. The Operator may suspend access for lawful, proportionate security reasons and will give notice where practicable.
4. Leads, outreach and consent
Leads may come from user imports or licensed commercial data services and must be checked independently. A public listing, contact detail or website defect does not prove that an organisation wants to purchase services or that marketing consent exists. Users must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and relevant telemarketing, privacy and industry rules; obtain and document applicable consent, identify their business clearly, honour suppression requests and provide valid unsubscribe mechanisms when required. Bulk unsolicited messaging or deceptive identity practices are prohibited.
5. AI, analytics and specialised services
AI suggestions, prospect scores, forecasting, generated copy, code and estimated sales commissions can be inaccurate and may not reflect current market, legal, financial or medical conditions. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking sources, testing published code and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate. The product does not establish a legal, medical, investment or financial adviser-client relationship.
6. Sites, bots, agents and external providers
Third-party services (including Cloudflare, email delivery, Discord, payment services and social networks) have their own terms, approval and usage limits. The user must own or have rights to publish content, respect third-party intellectual property and platform restrictions, and obtain necessary permissions for calling, messaging and automations. The service does not guarantee publication or uninterrupted provider availability.
7. Paid plans, credits, renewals and cancellations
During preview no payments are processed. Before a paid launch, the checkout must identify the currency (AUD), GST treatment, billing period, actual included quotas, excess usage fees, auto-renewal, cancellation process and refund rights. Proposed annual prices are Pro AUD 311.92 (35% below twelve AUD 39.99 months) and Max AUD 875.91 (27% below twelve AUD 99.99 months). These are not live offers until an accepted checkout is available. “Unlimited” standard uses, if offered, will be subject to specific, prominently disclosed reasonable fair-use protections; calling minutes and published sites have stated caps.
8. User data and intellectual property
Users retain rights to the content and business data they lawfully supply. The Operator may process such data only to deliver, protect and improve the agreed services as described in the Privacy Policy. Users must have permission to upload personal information and material belonging to others. The Operator retains its own code, marks and proprietary interfaces subject to applicable law and third-party licences.
9. Availability and reasonable security
The Operator intends to use reasonable security practices including authentication, role controls and access logging. All systems can experience outages or security incidents. No guarantee of perfect security, error-free output or a particular revenue outcome is given. Preview/local browser mode must not be used to store confidential customer or health information.
10. Consumer rights, limitations and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable legislation. Any contractual limitation of recoverable losses must be reasonable, transparent, appropriately tailored to the customer and enforceable under applicable law. The Operator does not purport to avoid liability for misleading conduct, negligence where non-excludable, statutory remedies or other legally mandatory obligations.
11. Privacy
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy obligations and the Privacy Policy. Customers must not upload sensitive records without an approved and appropriate data-protection arrangement.
12. Complaints, changes and governing law
Customer support, billing disputes and complaints must be directed to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Material contract and price changes will be notified with reasonable advance warning as required by law. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the contract is intended to be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
